Refund policy

Returns

I hope that you are happy with your purchase but in the event that you want to return the item please email me immediately, via the contact form on this website or via email at ruthball@gmx.com  You have the right to a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.  Payment of the refund will be made as soon as possible but may take 30 days.

The item must be returned by secure insured delivery and must be packaged carefully in strong, appropriate / original packaging. 

I am not responsible for any damage or loss in transit. Returned items are the customer's responsibility until they reach me.

Your postal cost will not be refunded unless there is an issue with manufacture.

Once the item is returned in perfect condition I will then refund the costs of the goods.

Commissioned items, or pieces that are made exclusively to personalised or specific requirements cannot be refunded.
