Cost
- Within the UK: Free delivery
- Worldwide: £50 flat-rate international delivery.
If you are purchasing from outside the UK, the shipping cost will be added to your order as part of the check-out process.
UK orders
If you are buying a piece directly from the online shop your purchase will be dispatched as soon as your payment has been processed. Your piece will be sent via an insured / secure next day delivery service. I will email you to notify you that I have posted the piece to you and will track the order to ensure delivery.
International Orders
If you are buying a piece directly from the online shop your purchase will be dispatched as soon as your payment has been processed. Your purchase will be sent via an insured international delivery service. I will email you to notify you that I have posted the piece to you and track the order to ensure delivery. Please allow for a longer time for delivery. I will choose the quickest insured / secure route and notify you of delivery times.
Customs Charges
If there are additional charges due to customs regulations, international customers will be responsible for any extra duties. I will try to avoid this by researching the delivery options fully but if additional unforeseen fees are incurred due to local regulations the client will have to make an extra payment to the relevant office.
Delay / lost / damaged delivery
I will send your work in carefully packaged boxes, and the piece will be sent to you via an insured delivery service. Your postal addresses must be accurate and complete.
A signature will be required on delivery. I am not responsible for problems in transit but will pursue claims from the insured delivery service and track your parcel.
